Carolen Gray Salon is located inside of Mattison Avenue Salons on the SW corner of Park and Preston.
It is located behind the Chick-Fil-A and in front of the Market Street. Look for the Mattison Avenue Salon sign and park near the South entrance. Suite #116 will be the seventh door on the left. If you come in the North entrance follow the hallway around to suite #116.

PANTS Carolen (Shupe) Gray
I was born and raised in Plano, TX and have been in the hair industry for six years now. I attended a Redken affiliated School in Lewisville, TX, Salon Professionals Academy, and graduated in the top of my class in 2005.
Beginning my career I worked at a salon in West Plano, I quickly decided the best thing for my clientele would be to have my own place. Taking on that challenge and adventure was the best decision I could have made! Many loyal clients followed me to my location at the corner of Park and Preston in Plano and I remain there today. I appreciate that so many of my clients continue to choose me for their hair needs.
I consistently seek educational opportunities to keep my skills at the highest possible level. Additionally those classes ensure that I am able to keep up with the latest hair fashions and trends.
My goal is to provide the best and most individualized experience possible for my clients.
Cancellation Policy My business is appointment-based. When you schedule an appointment with me, I must make sure that I am there for you. I ask that you extend the same courtesy to me.
I do realize that occasionally, real life intrudes on previously laid plans. For that reason, it is my policy to give each client a second chance the first time they cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice.
However, the second time a client cancels with less than 24 hours notice, a $20.00 fee will be charged to their next appointment.
If you'd like to re-schedule a confirmed appointment just let me know with at least 24 hours notice by calling or texting 214-578-2483
