An Outstanding Experience

Rescheduling

At our Hair Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Carolen Gray Salon experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.


Salon business is appointment-based. When you schedule an appointment with me, I must make sure that I am there for you. I ask that you extend the same courtesy to me.


I do realize that occasionally, real life intrudes on previously laid plans. For that reason, it is my policy to give each client a second chance the first time they cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice.


However, the second time a client cancels with less than 24 hours notice, a $30.00 fee will be charged to their next appointment. 


If you'd like to re-schedule a confirmed appointment just let me know with at least 24 hours notice by calling or texting 214-578-2483 

That way I can rearrange my schedule and schedule another client in that much desired spot. 

No Show Appointments

Your appointment will be held for 15 minutes. If you do not show, you will have to rebook. Two no shows qualifies for services to be refused or your stylist may require a 50% deposit of your total services to hold that appointment spot for you. This includes consultation appointments.

No Children Please

Our goal is to provide a relaxing and pampering service for each and every client. Due to the salon being a private salon suite, there is not room for children during your appointment unless they are also receiving a service.  Once you have booked your appointment please make arrangements for childcare. We do understand that sometimes life gets in the way, babysitters cant make it, etc. Please give us a heads up so we can try to have a little extra time, however, when bringing a child it also adds additional time to your appointment, which may be charged at $30 per 30 minutes


Privacy Policy

We collect basic information for the salons purpose ONLY. Your information will not be shared with third parties.


Returned Check Fee

There will be a $15.00 fee for all returned checks.


 Pre-booking

We recommend that you pre-book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon to ensure you get the day and time of your choice. You will always receive a text, email or phone call to remind you of your appointment 3 days prior. On average Saturday's and evenings book out a month in advance.


Payment

The following payments are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Personal Check and Cash.
